here’s another theory , this time based on his advice and why it is so accurate. i belive the black goo (demon god or whoever he is) fills his mind with the best answers , and things that will give the best outcome , so he can be trusted. i think the black goo needs his help in some way , probably by bein g worshipped , something can happen
“Panicky” Seems like it was meant to describe “Fear Inducing”. “Horror” or “Terror” would be a better name for that tier. What I would go with is below based on how the power levels are described.
