she was absolutely NOT the person to trust with the task of interrogating him… she’s not paying any attention to his literal words and is reading into everything he says far too deeply.
I’ve read a negotiation book written by a former FBI agent so I can say with confidence she is doing a bad job while he is doing great (even if he is completely misunderstanding, he is dominating the conversation to get what he wants nonetheless)
So he said she was the most modest in her department, and then cut to her chest. So if her chest is the most modest in her department,. Then any male employees in that department must be in utter bliss
So the MC has no clue what he is doing (I mean he does, but at the same time does not.) I wonder if Inky influences what happens too. Like letting them hear something and their way of putting it together. And will the MC ever use any magic? Or rather, will he ever find out about magic? 
Will this go on where the mc is more of a background character, its more of the other characters influenced by the mc and the books that are in the spotlight. I am still okay with this, 
I still can’t fully grasp the plot of this story. All I understand is that this story is about “misunderstanding” each other at its finest. 
The whole thing would ‘appear’ to be about misunderstandings that accidentally result in the right answer, but I don’t think that’s quite right, there’s something more deliberate to it than that. Like when he gives his customers a book. The harmless ‘self help’ book he thinks he’s giving them isn’t the same ‘demonic’ ‘enlghtening’ one that they receive and need. The book’s appearence and title that they see is different to what the mc sees. It’s the same with the conversations he has with them, they conveniently hear just what they need to hear to come to the right conclusion for the problem they have. It’s not a ‘mistake’ or a ‘misunderstanding, it’s just the way it’s supposed to be.

I am convinced, that MC is a demonlord, but has not realized it, that he still sees the books as books from earth, but they are in reality forbidden tomes from the very warp itself.
