im not a massive fan of this manga so far, but i got to admit that gargoyle scene was pretty awesome.

Seriously, I’ve just now realized that MC doesn’t realise about the people that he’s been nonchalantly handing books over..
Neither he, nor any of the people who come into his shop, are ‘on the same page’, (pun intended)…
SO THE MC THINKS HES HANDING THEM BOOKS LIKE LANGUAGE OR ROMANCE, BUT HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES GIVING THEM IS EVIL BOOKS. AND THE GOD OF WHICH INFLUENCE HES SPREADING IS THE DEMON GOD!!!!

Meh. She actually communicated and he is just to self absorbed to check that the obvious truth is true. This is becoming really stupid.
Also, that rat was completely right. MC is just spouting vague words without any substance. Scammer recognizes scammer. Easy as that.

To be fair to the MC, their relationship is strangers at best so vague words are not exactly wrong, its just her stupidity to recognize that, paired with the braindead confidence of the MC, makes this really irritating right now.
