pretty op. Because even if mc isnt fast at reading, he’s still faster then a normal person. Like mcs reaction time and all that is probably 10x a normal persons. And a “fast reader” tends to only read about 50% faster then a normal person. So with this skill mc is gonna be a machine, I just wonder how all this is gonna stay in mcs head if he reads 100 books a day after leveling this skill.
But what if he just reads the titles to find the book?

probably this skill reading skill is his greatest skill when he level it up he will be able to read other people martial arts 1 step ahead or start thing more inteligent and forsee his other people actions

I just had a thought. It was an empty one but it kinda was there for somereason. It had something related to reading.
