slow arc, but great character setup for the future, i think readers needed to be reminded this isnt an op power fantasy and these are kids with little fighting experience fighting veterans soldiers\ mages.
I would say, as long as MC remains as innocent as a baby, nothing will change.

this arc feels rlly long
I was wondering till now, but this crazy bish is just INCREDIBLY JELOUS that someone like her would end up like him. Making assumptions he must have had an easy life while at it.
