Light speed has 4 types (c31). afair, MC is at type 1 – slightly faster than sound at 400m/s.

It’s freaking evident since the very beginning the the author is NOT trying to use real physics here, he just uses physics as a broad reference to create its own “magic system”, with the focus on MAGIC that in case for some of you people dont get it, it means its not real, this is 100% fantasy stuff and it’s supposed to be like that, seriously…

Omg some of these comments are, “tell me you didnt read the previous chapters without telling me you didnt read previous chapters.” First his attacks arent moving at light speed, they are simply light attribute hence why her sonar can keep up. Second the power scaling is pretty on point considering what little we have to work with.

Sound didn’t exceed light, sound exceeds senses and human reaction. Lightspeed can only be activated at the speed of human reaction.
She activated her sound attack first, so he was hit before he went lightspeed.

This fight is so dumb. magic guns, which initself ist that crazy but somehow its not more available, and somehow these “pirates” have them…. sure…. Sound exceed light?? ….okay? And why becouse she specialize in sound, she then have a banshee scream that…..ergh…. blind people?……
