author is just pulling stuff out of their ass at this point, just dragging this arc for God knows what reason, I literally skipped panels and still didn’t miss anything (which wasn’t much anyway)

I will say it again, and again, as many times it takes, fights are a waste of a reader’s time, they don’t add much to the story, and, usually, they only look like an attempt to extend the material from the author.
i like all the comments that dont like that this isnt yet another op self-insert power fantasy. Yes there are side characters, yes theres world building, and yes the mc is going to grow instead of instawinning while humiliating his opponent. Most of these comments arent even well thought out or show they barely read the chapter, much less read between the lines.
