Arcane tells this himself, so he might paint himself as the victim. Also, he wants to kill all students.
MC’s personality is somewhat like the young Headmaster’s, while also being as pure as Erina’s. The theory that they are MC’s relatives is barely holding on.
I know I’m just cooking up conspiracy theories here and there, and the flashbacks made mention of alpheas considering having a baby but no account of him and Erina actually having one…
But Shirone having the hair of Alpheas, eyes and looks of Erina, also him reminding others of one or the other is pretty uncanny

One thing I don’t understand is why she couldn’t go through the pain of child birth. Cus like, they have magic so they could just numb her senses to not feel pain, or they could have just removed her eggs and done it differently. Like I understand they didn’t have the technology we have now but they have magic. There had to be another way.
