So what if the Demon King is actually a kind of not evil being? Maybe it’s just the ass king being an ass. Because we all saw the power of that one demon that appeared before, and Sora said that he (the demon) could easily destroy the capital, therefore, the Demon King could probably destroy the continent. And he/she hasn’t done it yet, even though right now, the summoned heroes are too weak.
