Very similar to academy sashimi swordmaster but here the mc is a regressor instead of a transmigrator so he’s already super strong

Feels like an author’s dream, strong, knowledgable and stoic husband who brings money and protects the home, while suffering from some form of PTSD from his regressions. A young wife, who is cheerful and responsible, a rebelious teen kid, a sunny and creative younger kid and a “cute” child who was just born.
