Well this should prove interesting, you have one police officer that wants to investigate him more to find out his secrets and you have another who wants to protect him from everyone because she knows that it is him.
Police and the magic nobles all need to be punished for being so weak that can’t do their job so that the civilians or students need to do it for them.
Never mind that they want to punish someone cause they have made the most brain dead law there is as no use of magic in public and you cant even take out monsters that roam around without license or what ever. Again that would not be needed if the Police would actually do their job or the countries have measures made for it. Like in history we have wars and will have wars in the future so we prepare for that but they went totally nose dive to caveman in only 50 years and think calamity is over and wont happen again
