typical woman. And you know what, the villain Shuuji is right :
It makes no sense that this women is a detective. Being around so many fights and dont figure out that the mc using barriers shows how good of a detective this women is.
MC also is weak and dumb as he can hide it’s magic but cant take out the bad guy as soon as he lift the knife from the women neck
Now I’m kind of interested to see just how powerful the most powerful mage is in the world (excluding the MC of course), seeing this guy can likely do level 5 magic too, and he’s only the boss of a branch, then the boss of the whole organization should be able to do level 6 and possibly level 7 (I doubt it though) magic.
So BRomium (I just decided to call them that, because I can) seems to hold a lot of information about magic. The Magic Nobles are almost certainly behind the sorry state of magic in the world, it seems. But whatever they plot, they have to pass through the strongest mage to ever exist

Mc couldve easily snatched the knife away with his magic when the guy with the knife was pointing it at him or putting it in the air.
