It seems that MC did realize what a tremendous piece of sh1t this was. I ain’t trusting the nobles, from their origin until now, everything they do is meaningless and pure bullsh1t. They just stay on their thrones and act very conveniently when their status as nobles is at risk. They’ve got all the d*mn magical knowledge reserved for themselves, and they’re going to tell me BR was a threat, unless they also had access, I don’t believe it. Also, where the hell did he get those anti-magic weapons? They hardly exist anymore and the guy had those. How, if the damn nobles are supposed to be watching everything related to magic like the heroes of the country that they are?
He was not a threat, he was a guinea pig. I guess nobles do that to maintain their status from time to time.
