Honestly even though I don’t like Paul, I’m really glad the author creates believable characters like him. People that are trying their best but still make mistakes, let thoughts and assumptions cloud their judgement. Not many Isekais do this, instead hopping on creating Mary Sue MCs and dumb villains.
