Two significant changes in the story here.
1.) The way Alpha Chester took care of Verger was actually more graphic. Chester literally bit down on Verger’s head and pulled it clean off, rather than tearing the guy apart like a wishbone.
2.) The Fed Agent said that normally “bigger is better” is the way criminals do things, and that’s how Ray Danford was thinking, but Callum’s actually getting more dangerous with time, not less, because he’s learning fine control and finesse, rather than going in all brute-force. And this terrifies Ray. Here, the Fed states that sooner or later Callum will “bite off more than he can chew” and puts forward the legit fear that Callum will lose control of his magic…

You will obviously be catch somehow and Callum will come to rescue you and will be surrounded by powerful mages and either cast a powerful spell and be suck up by it, or will lose Lucy for sometime and will have to reconsider his plans. Obvious, but still exciting 
I mean she is pretty much a few steps ahead of gar on this field, what would go wrong ? (Beside another more direct interogatory)
Callum: successfully planned for and prevented a hostage situation with the werewolf girl
Lucy: getting cocky and planting a death flag
