If that 50 cal didn’t seriously injure him then it sounds like killing him with a gun is just impossible. A 50 cal to the chest, even if it doesn’t hit directly in your heart, is gonna blow you up. Maybe his plan was seriously flawed and the fae are much more durable than he thought.
