The man with the book addiction is Soo-Hyuk. He is so fond of reading that he is looking for any way to enjoy books. A virtual reality game “Pangea”, in which our main character went to read books. Not an altogether horrible read. The arts simple, nothing outstanding. The translation is fair (alot of he/her being mixed up so don’t be too surprised that most of the cast referenced as her were actually men). The premise is decent… but the plot is hot garbage. Thanks to horrendous pacing, level scaling and difficulty referencing there’s no suspense what so ever. Mc gets a power, one shots a main quest boss, gets a new power, do every time. Most of the behind the scenes evil masterminds can’t do anything to the MC…. and its just a slow trudge of who next gets one shot…

There are certainly worse titles out there but this one is very mediocre.

I like the idea, and the art is enough of something, but the manga struggles to balance the ratio of Strong MC/OP invincible MC. Sometimes it seems that MC is too unbalanced killing bosses in one shot while in other moments he’s struggling, I know the enemies should be different but they don’t feel different, they feel almost the same with another skin.
I like the idea, but it’s the bastard child of book eater and overgeared, while trying to be both it ends up being neither.

That’s without mentioning the plot is confusing, and it’s repetitive

Like you can read to waste your time or if you don’t mind it, but idk to me it seems off

Mediocre.
Interesting premise, but not much logic in the plot and bad art.
It is a kind of a series that you’d love as a child. Because there’s a lot of stuff to be filled in by kid’s imagination. But when you grow up – you realise how terrible it is.
Except here in my case you’re already a somewhat grown up person with less active imagination that could’ve filled up all the gaps for you. And so you know it’s a crap story, not an adorable kind of bad, just of a terrible quality, not even stupidly fun.

Is this another of those ”MC with a hobby or problem in real life goes to a videogame and becomes OP because of it since the game has no balance, because no one in that world knows what online walthroughs or collective minmaxing is, so no one else discovered that op method before” ?

art is “not amazing” It actually gets quite lazy and also I dropped this when Mc raged when his parents were killed in game..The author trying to make him look cool even when he is not(His parents were fine too, there was no need for mc to go on a whole revenge saga?‍?
