Butterfly Effect 
I am ready to bet the guild leader is the dragon that killed the MC in his past life. It went back with him and disguised himself as a human until it grows stronger.
This mc is also so dumb. Like when the small change happen ? Well the moment you become gravity user and then fast level up and rank up and the dungeon break was also cause the mc had the promotion exam with the god ego B rank guy. It should be obvious to the dumbest to understand that butterfly effect will start from the moment returning back in time to know all the stuff that happens in the future. You need to be very careful what you do for it not to happen. Also the red cap at start was already a butterfly effect cause the tutorial guy was meant to die in that portal to that red cap as mc was not meant to be there
Why dont they care about the guild reputation for backlash on not promoting ? There was already video floating where the mc got rejected to promote and then save the city from disaster too and still wont get promoted. That would make a lot of complaints dont they have any intelligence what so ever ? What is even the point of the guild when it just stops the progress as hard as they can all the way ? So if you be in the area then you have the most bad luck to be in that guild
wonder why the portals are never actually shown, its weird because they are outside then suddenly inside majority of the time no real portal just a different dimension.

Well, of course there was a butterfly effect. I wouldn’t worry about it too much though. Doing that tends to cause problems and emotional damage.

last life he wasn’t there to piss the guy iff so he accepted the job if going to investigate the portal and cleared it before the boss evolved…
MC is the direct cause if the outbreak!
And how does HE know about that item? The MC returned from the future, but what about him? He shouldn’t logically have access to this kind of information, right? Then how, how did he do it? Another time reveral item? And what does he gain from not just obtaining, but instead destroying that item? Can’t he use it for himself? Must it be destroyed? I have waaaaay too many questions about this shady man and his criminal organization(s).
But one thing I won’t question, he’s against the MC, he will absolutely fail 
He needs a skill that allows himto steal mp from enemies

Special treatment or rightfully correcting a wrong? Highly likely he objected cause of his ego? There was literally a video and witnesses. Not to mention ur guild representative just committed a grave crime thus besmirching himself and ur guild. Mc needs to be more arrogant cuz they playing in his face.
