Summary

A brief description of the manga Return of the Former Hero:

Once, a hero has been summoned to a different world in order to defeat the demon king. After the war stretching 3 years ended, the commendable hero slayed the demon king. And he was forcibly deported back to earth after being dismissed.

“Give me a break!
Elves in addition to beast race, dwarfs and demon race.
Even though I wanted to make a harem in the different world I saved!
My dream will not come true on earth, where there is no magic at all.”

Thus, the hero returns on his own.
Without the blunder of being extradited to earth this time, he will build a harem of his own in a different world.

This is not that bad, it’s pretty much exactly as advertised. People complaining in the comments seem to be into the weird “culture war” thing where they feel the need to virtue signal that they don’t like harems.

There are many chapters left to translate according to last chapters’ scanlator, BUT several sites mark it as completed with chapter 22.
I hope not, but it might have been axed… future will tell.

There is no way to explain how this doesn’t have a harem tag. From the first chapter, this is always, only about MC building a harem. And not a shonen ‘Feeling aroused is too embarassing, I have to run away’ harem. Lots of actual sex, and a continuous (if slow) effort to see how perverted it can get before you stop reading. There is no wholesome here.

I don’t know how this thing got 4 stars but it’s exactly what estero and @ArticSpetsnaz described, its dog water. If you wanna enjoy it then turn your brain off and forgo any expectations. Its only saving grace is that the MC actually goes down on his harem which is pretty rare.
