Lol. When Yuril said he was hard working is like getting an Arbeitszeugnis (Oh! That’s a purely German thing? I didn’t knew. Closest translation: referral letter) with: “he made effort”. (The rules are you can only write positive things, so a lot of things aren’t meaning what they seem to mean at first glance).
“He made an effort” actually means he tried at least. He did always fail at his job, but he did try.
And: “He was social” means that he showed up to work inebriated. Likely constantly. Lucky if just drunk.
