Wasn’t he always planning to use the immortality spell regardless of hiding since he mentioned before that he didn’t plan on dying for at least a thousand year and he needs to live long enough to build his power so he can go fight alien monsters

so is he fighting the same demon he was talking with the last time? If it’s the same demon, then who made the shitty seal??? A seal would have stopped all forms of communication.
