With a dragon and an archer capable of targeting someone with seeking arrows, if she managed to hit him with a sneaky arrow from more than a km up in the sky and added a spell that would increase the weight or gravity of the arrow by say a factor of 100, then it would no doubt hit him with enough inertia to blow his body into a cloud of blood and since it is a fast falling arrow, even faster than terminal velocity, he wouldn’t even notice it in time to be able to put up any defensive spells.
