Am I tripping? I reread Solo Leveling for the 6th times and this Chapter seems really new to me like I never read it before.. Wtf?
wait a second this episode changed like a LOT last time it was not sungjin woos dream and was a skit and he did not go inside the gate just upto the destruction of cofee and we all laughed at this skit but this aint the skit i know of

I was getting excited hoping that Jinwoo would be a vessel for Antares. Then in the double dungeon he becomes the Monarch of Shadows. The combination of both powerful monarchs but with Antares tamed by Jinwoo’s demeanor and his humanity! Damn I guess I can keep dreaming lol

It would be interesting if they made a spin-off story of an alternate dimension where these 2 had to regain their power through a system they concocted for themselves. Jin-woo gets the Shadow Monarch’s intro still but we see what Antares would’ve made as a system for his human counterpart. At the end though he gets humanized a bit and they just go their separate ways peacefully and in an actual friendship

I’m just saying, could any monarch just lend their power to a suitable successor of a host, and they’d also go through what Jin-woo did, levelling up like a VG character? Or was that entire system the Architect built only made for Ashborn’s pick? If I had my pick I’d definitely go with the Frosty guy.
But I imagine no one could be the successor to Antares due to his insane power, and no one would due to his temperament.
