I don’t blame Grandpa. He is a sweet old retiring pacifist who still doesn’t quite believe that his transmigration had directly ascended him to godhood. If he died during transfer then it’s understandable. What makes this funny to me is how he’s just too soft for his own good, but this actually is a needed mercy to this pompous kingdom who uses their magic to summon otherworlders to fight the demon army like it’s a sports event. No sin is greater than theirs. Meanwhile this time they got a living god who’s too sweet to fault with and they don’t even look at him twice. Perhaps they don’t even believe in divinity and karma.
