His ability of flesh explosion has already been establish, its part of the corpse golem skillset? Like in the chapter where he killed the vampire he blew his arms off??? Nothing new was established here…
The “system” messages are automated like a game. It just automatically sends a message saying “ur hurt, u need to treat it or you will suffer permanent damage”
His natural recovery is pretty strong, but its still not instant. His foot only was able to regrow because he drank a strong potion, which combined with his already strong regen to allow for his foot to regrow. He literally says that that level of injury isn’t a problem, so its clearly just an automated warning.
