Noooo…all caught up. I almost didn’t read this chapter because I feared the main battle wouldn’t be over. Sometimes I hate it when I’m right….and now we wait.
So are they gonna keep fighting the boss until it drops an essence?
I still am worried that someone will sacrifice their life to create an opening when fighting the dragon slayer. But who knows maybe our Barbarian will get another overpowered essence!
Their opponent is a crazy person, so they need an equally crazy plan to defeat him; seems legit. 😅
Alright so at first I was assuming this was gonna be like the arc with his debut as the barbarian hero where he kited the unique monster till they escape. But running is not an option ? Is this where that red jewel comes to play ? Or are they actually gonna win with the guardian balance buff/debuff ?

Guardian balance is the event dungeon setting where stats are equally averaged among all players.
Dragonslayer agreed because he noticed the yellow light and was curious, like a cat playing with his food.
They didn’t explain the jewel yet, but Bjorn ate it to avoid normal situations like one of the group getting taken hostage for exchange. He knew if he gave it away, dragonslayer would kill them right away.
Can Simeone explain what happened? Why di he eat that thing, what Is “Guardian Balance” and why the opponents stopped attacking him? I’m buffled
