the twin reve3nge arrc kinda died since they have been completely dominated, with no satifyiung revenge in sight. probs the moment he gest back, they will try to kill his simce thats that only chance of him getting revenge, but I doubt that would happen sionce it seems the author has forgotten about it\.
The twins are literally MHA Bakugo if OFA Izuku time traveled and made him humble.
