OK, so, I’m not saying I don’t like this comic, but I do want to say that the pacing is kind of shitty. TL;DR Too many things building up at once/too many things resolving at once.
There are long sections, chapters and chapters, where nothing much really happens, and then all of a sudden it’s GOGOGOGOGOGOGO for 15 straight chapters. I think you really lose a lot of the effect when there’s too much action at once or too much development at once. We can’t even take a second to appreciate how powerful MC is, because it goes immediately into an even crazier fight, and we can’t even appreciate how crazy that fight was because it goes right into an even crazier fight, and so forth and so forth.
I wish the author would balance things out a little more.

I don’t think there are many swordsmen who can fight against Zeifl cannon. Mages seem to be much stronger than swordsmen. Also, I believe Syris mom is 10*, and even she can’t protect civilians from this.
