Deep and important question raised by this chapter: Which was harder to unlock from the other, Momiji’s groping hands from Yamame’s mounds or Hakari from Karene’s lips? I mean, those are both two of the “immovable object vs unstoppable force” type of esoteric situations that we need both Uto and Momoha to try and philosophize about endlessly.
Hat-tip to a great color cover pic. Love Ahko and Uto as a pairing of friends. Both go against type so weirdly they should be besties. Or rather, totes close,,,or maybe not..

I love Ahko, but thank god they gave us the translation because…I’d have spent hours trying to figure her out. The mumbly drunk who already had their own lingo, yeah, incoherent. But fantastic work with Ahko!
Those were two of the most fun and yet “deepening time with characters” chapters this manga has had. And anyone who drank in their younger years will recognize all these patterns (well, not the patting drunk, that one is culturally specific i think) including the kissing drunk.
We also got Aye to go full “bull in the china shop” and Uto to unleash the “Eye of the wicked Lord!”…awseome.
But it should be noted that some people don’t change when they are drunk…like a certain masseuse.
Been a while since Hakari an Karane had a moment

I like that fact that mostly all panels where filled with nothing is related to alcoholic drinks ?
Boy, imagine how absurdly angry Hakari would be if Momoha skipped the line and got Rentarou to do the deed in their “drunk” state. That might have been the closest call yet for our impossibly pure hearted King.
