Damn. I keep forgetting that Uto is a girl, she gives off totally boyish vibe, especially in this chapter. Damn.
On the re-read of these chapters I’ve come to really like the Ahko/Uto pairing. Author has done a great job giving us pair-ups throughout the story.
Karene/Hakari the OG pairing (and the, um, closest)
Nano/Shizuka – must protect this precious life form.
Shizuka/Kusuri – super cuteness to the rescue
Naddy/Chiyo – order and disorder together
Iku/Mei – masochist in partnership
Mimimi/Nano – beauty twins
Karene/Ahko – just because it works, not that she likes her or anything
They’re all friends (save our latest two who are still getting integrated as tsundere maid and disaster teacher). But there are unnatural pairings that just work. Am I missing any?
