Basic rights can be waived if the contract is security, military, or similiar. Hell those rights can be waived via simple by a simple sign. I.e when ppl wanted to raid area 51 and the military said if you pass that sign you waive your right to life.
Oh and I forgot, it’s a shame that for chapter 100 they made such a sht
Certain basic rights cannot be waived by contract (example: right to physical integrity).
They’re milking this out big time. IIRC it was only one chapter in the novel.
Why are they all angry at the one dude who almost sacrificed himself to save the others yes it was somewhat his fault for not explaining it precisely but still and it was mostly the young lady fault as she’s the one who did something so stupid btw if rain I’m gonna be annoyed as others have amazing spells his is better for the time however he had such a late start that he shouldn’t come in first
I wonder if he will make them in parallel…

Makes sense but the student were never really in real danger. It’s like beginner swimmer swimming in a lake while being supervised by life guard. Though yes, there was a possibility of him drowning. There is no chance of him drowning because he’s already being supervised, and the life guard obviously has some training/experience. This is school where after you leave you either become a scholar or risk your life in dangerous jobs. Just like in modern school they do not know what your picking, so the experience of pain, mistake, and danger is what shapes you into and incredible mage. As you can see the teacher did an incredibly job. The student clearly understood the life lesson because of his mistake and slightly pause after figuring he was helpless because power doesn’t equal helpfulness
