This is definitely a gem, at least amongst the returned hero genre.
Classic japanese light novel long ass title.
It’s turned out to be a parody of the isekai-return trope. Its kind of like a lazy version disastrous of Saiki K.: MC is lazy and a kind of reserved otaku, people underestimate his abilities, but he also has a good heart. Another reference might be something like kuma, kuma, kuma
There is a harem like thing growing, but it’s very much more puppy lovey-dovey than it is some weird polygamist thing.
Very much a slice of life comedy, not laugh out loud funny, but does bring a smile.
Not for everyone, mostly for isekai-readers and otaku culture fans, who have a good sense of the tropes.
Don’t take this manga SERIOUSLY, and just enjoy the HUMOR. The former hero being a dedicated otaku adds some twists to isekai cliches. 
Maybe the rating would have been higher if this had a consistent translation. The human scanlation was dropped at ch 5, but the MTL-edited chapters improve later with practice.

Reader was scrolling manga website, found an amazingly long title that described the plot so perfectly there was no need to even read the manga itself and sighed in amazement at new manga titles being amazingly and uselessly long.
That’s a pretty long title with a lot of commas. I don’t really get why they don’t shorten it to something like:
“The Returnee Hero Becomes an Influencer!”
Then again, perhaps it’s necessary to give the gimmick away quickly to grab the reader’s attention.

I read this on another site first, but it’s one of my recent favorites. What Bauski said below is exactly how I feel about it. The only thing that I would add is that the MC is one of my favorite personalities in a long while. He struggles with the decisions he makes; he’s a genuinely good dude, but can be angry at times or have self-doubt about decisions he makes. I don’t feel the comedy aspect as much as others do. For me, this is a Slow-Life / Fantasy / Action, which is an odd combo, but really works here. There’s no real struggle for the MC, other than dealing with selfish people and trying his best to make the world a better place when greedy people want to use him for their own gain. It’s re-readable and I bookmarked it. Truly a hidden gem, and should be rated higher IMO.
