Ouga Vellet, the eldest son of the infamous corrupt lordly Vellet family, is a reincarnated individual. Having been taken advantage of due to his kindness in his past life, he now revels in the life of a mischievous villainous heir. From then on, Ouga spared no compromise, pushing the limits of “tyranny” to achieve his ambitions.
He wanted power. He decided to deceive the expelled female knight captain and recruit her as a pawn. He desired a harem. He believed that by helping the oppressed commoner girls, they would readily accept him. He even saw potential in operating within the underworld. His plan was to start by squeezing the bad guys. Connections were also crucial. He aimed to excel in the Magic Academy. Thus, he envisioned his days as a carefree ruler (+effort) under the authority of his family… But things took an unexpected turn.

However, Ouga remains unaware. He doesn’t yet know that this evaluation will become something beyond his own management. Where will the misunderstanding lead? I am gonna be a negative vote on this one. The women are drawn lewdly which is fine but one of them is so over the top that it is actually kind of unattractive. The MC is the type to misunderstand everything and he is trying to be evil but everyone views him as good which sets up a few decent jokes. His misunderstandings and the outcomes are too predicatble so lack any real impact. The writing just is not interesting and instead of developing the plot it spends too much time on the female character fan service. I have no real investment in the story or any of the characters. The occasional joke is really the only reason to stick around unless you are just really thirsty for fan service.
It’s funny, I like it. I like how he’s doing things he thinks are evil schemes but he comes off as the most “lawful good” person because the evil bar is so unbelievably high.

Mc acting like a good guy which he is actually and pretends to be bad just because he wants to have a harem also setting is magical academy so don’t have big expectations well you can have big expectations for fan service that’s for sure

Have you read the “I’m the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire!”? Yes? Then think of it as the lighter otome version of it, without the space stuff.
Is it worth it?
Well, yes. I’d say so. It’s not the “greatest manga of the world!”, just a tribuCOUGH… the one which may make you giggle at the shenanigans by the MC and other characters.
If you want an isekai, where the MC is not a useless sh*t, who can’t pull his own weight, while still being clueless sometimes, then you’ll like it.

honestly. unlike like most harmen isekai. The Mc isn’t stubborn or really dense to romance. Probably some of the only mangas where they don’t try and cuck the romance in harems

Basically, the MC is Ainz and, A) has no idea what the **** is going on half the time, and B) Is the luckiest bastard that has ever existed. 9/10

As of ch15, I pronounce this as 7/10. It’s a very enjoyable manga, the art is very stylized and is nice on the eyes, and MC is a very fun person to follow. The only problems are the pacing and trope. I don’t usually mind these tropes, but an OP mc takes away a lot from fights, to the point of meaninglessness. As for the pacing, it’s very heavy on the eyes and some panels could easily be stretched out into 2 or 3. Could be better as a monthly edition. Im guessing theres a chance this will be cancelled.

OK OK OK… This trash is BEST trash. This is like Mashle and Dark Vaders love child. Sprinkle in some good old-fashioned Ecchi harem elements, along with kingdom building and revenge, and you have this complete travesty of a story. I’m here for it. I bookmarked it ( although I questioned my sanity and morality while doing so ). And I recommend it if you are wanting to watch a guy who aspires to be a villain actually do the most unvillain like things to make the world better.
