Summary
Briefly about The Road Of Karma manhwa:
A cheerful librarian named Inhan Kang is given the unfortunate news that he has cancer one day. He therefore begins by seeking medical attention, and when it is unsuccessful, he turns to prayer and Chi/Ki practices. When his final attempt truly succeeds and his cancer begins to slow down, he keeps trying it until one day he is suddenly taken to a different world. He must begin learning how to survive there.

it’s an extremely good manhwa, but the creators dropped it in the middle. it sort of has an ending, so it’s nothing to be wary about, however, just be prepared to be like “ah man. well at least it was good until now”

I have read half of the available chapters.It’s a good story, well written, and with good art that improves after the first few chapters as the artist gets into his groove.
I got hooked with Ch.1 (not ch.0), MC’s plight with cancer was well done. MC is a librarian, smart, and remembers useful info from his previous life. No goddesses or gifts or skills except for MC’s ki and meditation that seems out of a murim manhwa and not an isekai.

Just finished reading, it’s a good series and the ending is very suitable for a season 1 end, but not for a series end

Very good the plot is original the art is incredible and beautiful and it’s executed pretty well even though I will admit there’s a lot of generic tropes that most people don’t like for example “arrogant noble/king” and “damsel in distress”
That being said, the panels are out of order it’s almost completely unreadable, someone should fix this
