I assume he is going to do something similar to the slow blade attack in Dune. Would probably work if he were to submerge his hand or magic slowly into the body then explode. As far as the poison, I would imagine using a combination of wind magic to create a vortex to suck the poison in and then use at least water if not water and earth to create a filter to suck the poison out of the air and contain inside the filter. Maybe use water on the doll to weaken her as well.
