A brief description of the manga The Tanaka Family Reincarnates:
An ordinary family that loves cats. One day, the whole Tanaka family died during a major earthquake. When they woke up, they were reincarnated as the Stuart family, a noble family from another world.
Though everyone is dressed in the Western style, they have memories of their previous Japanese lives. Even though they’re confused, they’ve gotten used to living in another world.

This manga’s going to go downhill quick if Emma doesnt get a narrative cold shoulder for a bit and the rest of the main cast gets more love and attention given to them. If it continues how it’s currently going then it’ll just spiral into this weird character-specific fetish plot about how everyone loves this one specific character for whatever bs reason.
The one(.5) reason(s) I keep getting drawn back into it is because the person making this story has definitely put in at least more than the modicum of thought into the greater worldbuilding of the story unlike other people who make isekai trash ripoffs. Unfortunately the writing goes halfway down the drain with the amount of tropes Choko relies on is a bit uncanny and could use a bit of work. Bait n switch is so tackily common and the “everyone loves x character because they all make severe misconceptions” is also yuck.

its fine, nothing fancy but a decent read.
my main qualm with this one is that the characters are all supposed to be in their 30s but not a single one of them acts like that, they act like their “actual” ages (12, 16, ect ect) so it kinda makes the “isekai” aspect pretty pointless. 3/5

What looks like a casual read has been amplified to a good, wholesome story about a family reincarnated as a family of nobles in a fantasy world. Beyond the initial scenes introducing the characters is a lot of wholesome moments that, while being mostly played for laughs, isn’t afraid to throw in moments of real tension.
Overall a very high quality work. You really tell they update monthly. If you have time, why not try a couple chapters yourself?
