They would jail children being used as captive slave labor? How is that good for law in order?
This isn’t a case of slum children working illegal activities by a miss guided choice; it is just strait up child trafficking. It would be a politically ill advised move to harm them; as it wouldn’t do anything to deter people being captured in the first place, but would promote them into being more crafty once caught to avoid unjust punishment if they are sloppy.
