This is a silly comedy version of the OP MC isekai trope with a translation like a sprained ankle. It tries to be a sexy comedy with mild TnA and a series of supporting characters who want MC’s baby because they can see that he is strong. The art is a sloppy style that makes the characters pretty unappealing IMHO. As it gets sillier, it got harder to care what was happening. I don’t recommend, but some will enjoy it, it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if you wanted to see for yourself.
Summary: MC backstory is he gets summoned to a new isekai to defeat some demon lord a couple of times a week. He keeps all his cumulative cheats when he is summoned, but is still a weakling at home. While getting bullied in class, the entire class gets summoned with him by a novice summoner. MC decides to disguise his outrageous status to avoid the Demon Lord quest, which causes his bullies to constantly attack him, but every strong person in the world sees his power and they glom on to him as groupies.

This isn’t worth your time. It’s written by Boring-san and Gross-san. Boring-san lazily stitched together isekai tropes to form a “story” whilst Gross-san does little more than clean his sloppy doodles unless it involves a close-up of a woman’s body.
