The World God Only Knows

Now about the ending. This is just my opinion but the ending was just disappointing. Finished mangas have a special curse called “Bad ending.” First off the last 10-ish chapters don’t fill in any plot holes. Well it’s like your landlord “fixing” the hole in the ground. They just plaster a layer and say it’s filled when it’s not. Second, there are a lot of filler arcs within the story, I get it helps with the story being told, but we could cut 3 girls story arcs and everything would be fine. Third, the final arc was kinda weird. It introduces and reintroduces many characters that could’ve had a large impact on the story and just leaves them hanging like the old man and his granddaughter, as well as elsie’s sister. The fourth and final reason is because of the ending. After everything is said and done the girls come to the conclusion that they love MC, but no goodbyes are really said and it just ends on an okay-ish note. I mean it was still good, but heartbreaking. The main couple is kinda ironic because out of all the special girls and their tricks he falls for the “dullest” one there. I’d rate the ending a 4/10 it could’ve been better.
