i think this is another world and not the same world , also why he wants his labs so much ? its been 500 years, any material , compound or wtf is been expired , his mentor is prob just dust now .

Bruh, he’s gonna whine about his mentor and being “half baked” for the whole manga isn’t he? Even though it’s obvious the mentor left bc MC finally surpassed him
You see, this is a good manga, so far. Serious/mature MCs are the best.

The story eludes to the fact that he is working in a Lab. But if you look at the panel where after drinking his fatigue potion and the MC is sitting, outside the window you can see a rooftop and other high rise buildings so he is obviously in a multistory building. That is one heck of a change when he wakes up.
