This Game Is Too Realistic

I read until Chapter 59 before writing this.

The Game is Too Realistic.

Nope. It is more to Isekai than a game. The only reason it has “game” elements is the ability to log in and out and the use of out-of-world technology. The base story is quite generic. But the MC here is the administrator of the game who trying to make his own colony flourish, which is quite absurd.

The storytelling is tedious. 70% of it is the MC’s monologue or one-sided dialogue. The author seems to lack creativity in delivering his points. The plot isn’t deep enough to be complex, yet the author keeps adding more and more new elements without paying attention to details, resulting in plot holes everywhere.

Character development is very simplistic. The author only focuses on the characters’ contributions to the colony rather than their development. What’s worse, there is almost no growth for the MC himself.

The artwork is okayish. There are a lot of fan service, but they’re just teasers. Anything slightly provocative will be censored, making it kid-friendly.

This one really has very little to offer. The author tries to make the story complex, but it isn’t supported by plot length and details. It feels rushed and raw, with plot holes everywhere, and 70% of the story is monologue. Overrated! I wouldn’t recommend this one.
