• It’s alright, I still stand by my previous review though. The story just grows more solid over time, but the stupid ass deaths some of the most influential people have in this series is sometimes baffling.

• Still not amazing but some of the plot points were discussed, like who the MC’s master was. (Despite it being told like 40 chapters in when it was meant to be revealed during the first few chapters in the jail cell scene…)

The first few chapters make you feel like you’re in plot hole heaven, so much is left out. (I’m not sure if it’s a website issue or it’s actually written like that.) If not for the plot holes I feel like the series could be okay, with them it kinda just doesn’t make much sense.

The MC is basically a genius, while he isn’t that strong he can still kill people who are at a higher level than him somehow. There’s also a lot of weird plot convenience that comes out of nowhere which might be a set up for future plot points but for now most of them don’t make sense.

The series is good when it wants to be good, which isn’t that common. I really like OP MC’s, so I’m probably going to keep on reading this series whenever it gets updates. I’ll keep on writing more reviews on this series if I feel like my opinion changes while reading it.
