Coming into this, I didn’t know what to expect since the reviews were vague and positive. Despite reading the description, I thought the manwha would be a cooking in another world/dimension for creatures story. However, it seems to be a mixture of the cultivating “strong” characters and the aspect of cooking. Apart from that, this really isn’t a substantial story. The mc, world building, and character development are all “meh,” to nonexistent. However, the manwha is a bit more competent on the humor and art. The humor makes the story very lighthearted and enjoyable, but this also causes the chances of any tension forming being zero. Along with this, the artstyle matches the mood of the manwha by being on the more “cutesy” and soft side. It’s an enjoyable read, but I wished the story focused a little more on the development of characters and the mc’s backstory. It is a bit too rudimentary with the story so it gets a bit stale later on. I’d give it a shot but there really isn’t a reason to read it besides for it being “funny” (subjective).
