Demon’s Sword Master Of Excalibur School

This is my review from chapter 11. 3 stars.

If you want action, I can’t recommend this. The action is very hard to follow due to a lack of establishing shots. Half the time it just seems like none of them actually move, you could actually pretend that everyone is just running in place and have it seem just as accurate.

If you’re here for story, I’m also cant recommend it. It has a pretty basic setup with not much added outside of a couple of things. The fact that the mc is a former villain is neat and the mystery of what happened since he sealed himself is at least interesting. World building is very minor. We get introduced to certain areas but still don’t know where anything is.

If you’re here for fanservice (or the Ecchi tag from above), you’re in luck as there is plenty of that. It’s only minorly censored in a “convenient” styled format (meaning skin is shown but none of the actual naughty bits). Honestly though it seems like the fanservice gets the most focus in this. The plot seems to take a backseat half the time for the side characters to tease the mc either on purpose or not. My guess is this is series is going to turn into a harem format at some point. He’s a sole shota in a dorm of women who all have boobs bigger than his head, its hard to say it wont come to that.

I’m dropping this for now since it doesn’t really have anything really keep me invested. I might be back later though.
