Summary
A brief description of the manhwa Drug-Eating Genius Mage:
Our protagonist has been swallowed by a game – ending up in a huge city called Valkan. And in order not to suffer any penalties, he must survive in this world by pushing his magic to the limit, meeting new people and trying to discover the truth about the “other world”. Thus preventing the apocalypse from reaching his true world.

*FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SIMILAR MANHWA*
I recommend [Terminally–Ill Genius Dark Knight].It’s like Drug-Eating Genius Mage + I’m Not That Kind of Talent.
long chapters very nice
he is hitting that zaza
At first i read mane of this manga as Dung-Eating Genius Mage…
Remember kids, do drugs and someday you will be as strong as me.
so what i am learning is that drugs make you stronk and smat
See kids drugs are good for you
Interesting, I enjoyed it. Not my style. But I enjoyed it
This is a breath of fresh air that ive needed lol. Honestly stands out and is pretty unique for a isekai/reincarnation
good i approve
It’s actually pretty good. My main concern is that it feels as if it might be continuing to follow the same formula it has going on right now. While I do like it now, I feel as if it might get a bit boring as time goes on. Everything else is good, it’s a series that’s not afraid to step outside the box.
Crackhead wizard
Just read really good smooth art and art transitions good story I like how he can adapt quickly the world seems really vast seems with too many possibilities. This is going to last a long time if they don’t rush and mess up translations keep it up hard work always pays off
8.2/10

From the title alone, I thought this manwha would’ve been another one trick pony by relying on a system and it’s trope; however, I was pleasantly surprised with how dynamic and diverse the plot lines are. Instead of fixating on one rinse and repeat plot to ultimately become stronger, this manwha switches in between different missions of necessities for the mc to provide for his sustenance and lifestyle. To add to this, the main character forms relations with people along his way, with each character being helpful, serious, or comedic-relief, being unique in their own right. Going back to the mc, he has to find the resolve to overcome first time experiences and struggles while being relatively wise. Though, later on in the chapters, he seems to rely too much on his talent and doesn’t try to improve his body’s wellbeing and brushes off any suggestions, which can be excused because of the innate human nature but, it’s still annoying. However, I will not excuse the fact that nothing of his former life is explained nor how he knows how to activate the wide variety of magic in his arsenal. It may also seem like the mc is overpowered, but the author didn’t write him with an insurmountable amount of plot armor, and the mc doesn’t BS his way through stronger opponents. Moving onto the world building and setting itself, there’s a very minimal amount except for the fact that it’s futuristic and eerily similar to Cyberpunk 2077. With the comparison to Cyberpunk, naturally, the art is insanely f*king good. I usually praise manwhas for their good art, but the character designs and fight scenes are on another level compared to most “good” art manwhas. The art really adds to the setting and characters, making it a visually appealing read. I wouldn’t classify this as a solo mc story with enemies as stepping stones because he does struggle, but it’s also not an amazing piece of writing due to the lack of explanations and elaboration. Overall, this manwha is a very reader-friendly story that shouldn’t turnoff most people, well, except for the first three chapters or so because the mc is weak.

Unless there is a Christmas miracle/curse, all scores are finalized, and I have an innate bias towards stories with snip-bits of romance.
Another drug addict glorification fantasy manhwa…
