Transmigrating into the main character of your favorite novel sounds like a dream come true, but Arin Han sets out to rework the story after learning Viola Vellatoux is dissatisfied with the ending. Her adoptive family, on the other hand, will not hesitate to assassinate one another in their struggle for power. While remaining faithful to her aim, the new Viola must use her wits to persuade everyone that she has what it takes. The male protagonist seems hauntingly familiar and has an odd impact on her when she comes too close, confounding her plans even more.
I don’t know why this is under the “Tragedy” genre, since this does not really have any hint of tragedy. She basically charms everyone through her wits or acting/not acting and so far nothing has been able to stop her from succeeding in everything she does with minimal effort.
Tragedy is something where the main character or side characters are stuck in this loop of un-ending despair with tiny breaks in between, usually it is never a happy story and it will constantly get worse and worse until the ending chapter. Sometimes there are stories with the “tragedy” tag, but it only starts off with a terribly sad backstory and the character works through that. At least that has some semblance of tragedy, since they are haunted by their past.
But this girl has no such past and isn’t really haunted by the past except for growing up an orphan but having a loving older brother character take care of her, but then die before she can confess to him. But that barely qualifies as a sad backstory.
The only tragedy is how all the young adults falling in love with a 12 year old. And I am not kidding since all the love-interests are at least 18 by the time she just turned 12. Its honestly disgusting and creepy, this author definitely has a thing for older males. And if this is written by a dude (which I doubt, but its still a possibility) then that is even creepier. However it is true that she acts much more mature since she is mentally like 20 something. But still, its a childs body
