Art’s generic manga style but clean and easy to follow.
Story is very sweet, and wholesome. The best part is that both characters in the relationship act with compassion and clear communication and agency. None of this “will they, won’t they” bs.

where is the uncouth part…
A story so sweet it’ll rot your teeth. Good plot, nice art but clickbaity title, don’t know if its mistranslated or what but the lady is neither uncouth nor the lord, villainous.
It’s a decent romance. if you need a change of pace from trash isakai or trash manwa then this may be for you.

There’s nothing wrong with a cookie cutter vanilla story sometimes, but I’d say the characters have very clear communication with each other so it’s a great read for me to kill time
Although, I must say that a lot of details are simplified for the sake of the manga. If you want to get into more details, towards the end of the manga series the TLs included some notes about how there’s more political intrigue in the LNs, so if you’re interested in that feel free to check it out
