ISEKAI CHEAT SURVIVAL MESHI

After reading 53 chapters all I can say is DO NOT use common sense with this manga, otherwise you will go mad or bald pulling your hair out. I can say that this is a good manga and could very easily be a very good or even great manga with a few tweaks. For the negatives: it does get dialogue heavy in some of the chapters (not many), the story line does skip a lot between surviving in different environments to testing/trying a lot of different foods. As for things that need prep for it skims over or skips entirely, including trips or food (but it does do some of it). Its events are not quick (except fights which can be over in a number of pages), so it makes it a very laid back and easy to follow manga. By chapter 50 it is starting to reuse recipes but just in different settings. The thing is, the manga is so laid back and easy to follow (minus common sense), that it only hints at things that are behind the scenes but when something solid its to come of it would be any ones guess. As for the romance front, Clara would definitely become his woman (of which all the others would jump in as well and why not, some one that does most if not all the cooking cleaning and even hunting of the food) as they have voiced but the mc continues to act like a bloody 8 year old getting his first child girlfriend. Now depending on the targeted age group of the audience, this can be wholesome to just a friggen pain in the neck and disappointing. After the amount of time that the mc and girls have been together, even an 8 year old would have at lest tried to hold hands, cuddle or tried to risk for a kiss! As I said its still an easy read and will be book marking to see if by another 100 chapters the mc does actually do something.

That last part of the description is completely misleading. There is zero romance in this story to begin with. The main focus is the MC and the friends he makes along the way investigating the vast new world and all its delicacies. Its pretty good and I’m glad it’s still going.
