Still enjoying it but I feel like the story is veering away from its origin of having players in this game-world, as we’ve not really seen any other players, nor his Uncle, nor his Sister – except for them being mentioned in the first few chapters

The MC’s little sister is irrelevant. She doesn’t appear except in flashbacks nor does she effect the standard OP MC + harem power-wank.
