A brief description of the manga Meiou-sama ga Tooru no desu yo!
Osamu, a young man who died at a young age due to an incurable illness. His second life was to drift as a “spirit (demon)” in an unknown world! Osamu, who is hated by humans and unreasonably deprived of his “life,” hopes that he “does not want to die anymore.”
At that time, he gained the power of “life-sucking” that feeds on the vitality of others. In addition, he will resist the approaching “death” by using the science that he continued to learn on the bed in the previous life and the creative magic that makes the best use of his own dexterity. I met an immortal girl who was despaired by being tossed with life like myself,

While chapter 18 is last as of today (6/28/2025), there seems to be a bit of foreshadowing for future possibilities… But the chapter is also a good ending in its own way… Ahhh!!! NEED MORE!

MC is literally the villain here despite how the story tries to portray him.
MC despaired at dying, hated his illness and wanted to live, got a new life and despaired that he was going to die again, to Goblins, MC murdered kids, MC murdered thousands, most of whom didn’t deserve to die.

This book is beautiful(makes me want to abandon all the evil of man and pursue true happines…EVEN IF IT MEANS TO…) but took two years to get here. 
Well….can’t complain too much, if it’s rushed it’s quality might just plummet…..Ah, the price for quality entertainment

Okay after weeks i finally found something good, this Manga is unique in almost everyways from the art to the Author’s brain.
Yet this Manga take painfully long to release a new chap.
BUT again there are rarely any Manga that are actually good like this one so

Genre: Isekai / Fantasy / Magic
Honestly one of the most interesting manga I have read in a minute. The world building is unique, the power system is a breath of fresh air and the art really complements the quality of the story. Along with the fact that the MC isn’t some 17 year old going on a power trip abusing some OP power that he has no real understanding of. There are issues with the overuse of time-skips (with some of them not having any specific time specified) which is one of the down sides to this manga along with some quality issues in background art, with some scenes having average or below average quality. The translation does get a bit finicky but its not at a level where sentences are regurgitated through google translate. It does update very slowly, however I would highly recommend this one especially if it gets more chapters.

An Isekai that is not trash
I like this story. MC is morally grey but want to survive. The church claims to be good but kills in name of “good.” This mimics real life, like how many evangelicals claim the moral high ground to enact their atrocities.
